    Each appointment has its own 4-digit code, so you both know the right person is at the door.

    Before you book, pros see your first name, suburb and rough distance. Phone numbers stay masked — chat and call in the app.

  • Share your appointment

    Send the who, where and when to a trusted contact. There’s a safety button on the day.

  • Patch tests built in

    Lash adhesive, tint and hair colour need a patch test first. The app keeps track of it for you.

  • Sensitive details, locked

    Allergies and scalp, skin or nail conditions are shared only when you say so. Nothing is ticked for you.

Does it cost anything to use GlamShap?

Not for clients. Posting a request and accepting a quote are free. You pay for the appointment itself, directly to your pro.

How do I pay my pro?

Directly, the way you agree with them — cash, card or EFT. The price is the quote you accepted. GlamShap never takes or holds your payment, and never asks for your card details.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancel from the booking, at least 24 hours before if you can. Late cancellations and no-shows go on your reliability record, which pros see before they quote. Repeated no-shows can lose access to GlamShap.

How many quotes will I get?

Up to five per request. A quote is valid for 48 hours, so you have time to compare.

What if something goes wrong?

You have 7 days after the appointment to report a problem from the booking. A person on our support team reviews it.

When does GlamShap launch?

We’re launching soon with hair, nails, makeup, and lashes and brows. Leave your email and we’ll tell you when we open near you.

I’m a pro. What does it cost me?

Sending a quote costs credits — you see how many before you send. When a client books you, a booking fee comes off your credits: R20 for quotes under R300, R30 for R300–R599, R40 for R600–R999 and R50 from R1,000. No commission, no monthly fee, and the client pays you directly.
